Episode 015: Breaking Free From That Toxic Relationship

It seems like every time you take the change to get vulnerable to let yourself fall in love again you quickly wake up to the hard reality that this is just like before and a heartbreak is right around the corner, but you don’t want that you don’t want to have to start over again it’s terrifying and exhausting so instead you convince yourself that he loves you and waits so patiently for the day when he finally decides to change but in the meantime, you break little by little every single day. Sound familiar? Yeah I get it I’ve been there more times than I can count on one hand and every time I learned to love myself a little less and as a result I either became the narcissist or attracted someone worse than the person before and little did I know at the time that the solution to my chain of bad luck was closer then I thought.
