In this episode we see Ashlee recovering from being ill and saying the word 'ridiculous' a lot, Lucy recovering from coffee addiction withdrawals as well as debating all things flex-culture and asking: How has this changed minimalism? 

PLEASE NOTE: This episode was originally due to air on Monday 16th March 2020, however due to the onset of COVID-19 and the developments of the coronavirus, both decided to pause uploads, as it was debatable whether it was respectful or 'right' to talk about this subject when larger global impacts were taking place. However having been over 7 weeks, and wanting to upload this old episode that was scheduled to go live for some element of continuity.
