A great deep dive

Ben and Jamie really know what they are talking about. They really understand the physiology behind goaltending and bring it to a level that anyone can understand. Goaltending is not just stopping pucks and these two really get down and dirty on the mechanics behind being a goalie and getting better. The insight they provide on practice habits and good drills (sneak in that SKATING) along with how to manage team practices that do not take into account goalies. Hope this keeps going for a while!
