Podcast host, model, and inspiring speaker, Holli Wright was raised on the outskirts of Baton Rouge, Louisiana in a small, blue, beat up house. Though she loved her family, especially her strong single mother who cared for her and her three siblings, Holli lived in constant fear. The small blue house she so desperately wanted to call home was abusive and unhealthy. Broken relationships with father and friends left Holli hurt and empty. She was always searching for someone to accept her, love her, and remind her that she was wanted.
“I was always trying to fill a void, that only God could fill”.
During her senior year of high school Holli was invited to church and experienced God’s faithfulness and comfort for the first time in her life. After rededicating her life to Jesus she found a new security growing closer in relationship with Him. Now knowing her true identity as a daughter in Christ she witnessed her prayers being answered through God’s provision and found pure joy in serving Jesus.
In 2012, Holli attended the Healing Place Church and began serving in high school ministry where she fell in love with encouraging young girls of the future generation. Two years later Holli moved to San Diego, California where she lives still today.
Holli is the founder and CEO of HER, a media platform where she shares blog posts, podcasts episodes, fashion, and offers a space to bring community to girls around the world. Holli’s heart is to help influence girls of all ages by encouraging them to find their purpose and walk in their calling.
“I want girls to know that our past does not define their future. God can use any situation we go through, and turn it around for good. I hope you follow me on this journey as a fierce, strong, and a woman after God’s own heart. Let’s be HER together.”
