In this episode, we were joined by Artur Wilczynski, former Ambassador to Norway, Assistant Deputy Minister, Senior Advisor for People, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Associate Deputy Chief SIGINT at the Communications Security Establishment (CSE), Canada’s national cryptologic agency, to speak on the importance of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) within the Defence and Security Sector, as well as the increasing importance of DEI in Government procurement.
