This was so eye opening. We have so many voices on diet and weight loss but this was an ah ha moment. I’m still struggling with diet but am beginning to slowly listen and redefine good food and bad food. The feeling lighter podcasts are amazing. Take a listen. I highly recommend this one!.

Really good dialogue and perspective from everyone on resetting the mind. “Being kind to self” is very thought provoking for me and I can see that as very freeing.
