Amazing podcast for runners

I am training for my first half marathon and have found this podcast so helpful. Their focus seems to be on marathoners but their great attitudes, knowledge, and relevant guests (docs, dieticians, psychologists, other runners) makes this an interesting listen for all runners of all levels. I’m totally hooked!

Long time listener here and still continue learning more from them! I really enjoyed the most recent underfueling episode and all nutrition episodes in general. I appreciate all of their guests and their wisdom.
