Episode 123: The Psilocybin Handbook For Women (feat. Jennifer Chesak‪)‬ This One Time On Psychedelics

    • Society & Culture

For any of us that have been in the psychedelic space for even a short amount of time, it is easy to see that between individuals, there are many differences with regard to how these medicines operate within our minds, bodies & spirits. This being said, we can see this very clearly within the scope of men vs. women & one of the things I have been curious about for quite some time now is the idea of creating specialized frameworks for men vs. women within the psychedelic space as a whole. Well, my curiosity was finally resolved when I met today's guest & learned about her newest creation, “The Psilocybin Handbook For Women.” Within this book, she goes into great detail about all the latest research on the topic of psilocybin for women & in this episode, we take a deep dive into many of the subjects within the book to demystify this topic & illuminate some of the nuances for any of you women out there looking to maximize the potential of this medicine in your own lives.

Show Notes:
(01:11) Jen’s Bio.
(02:13) How did Jen first become interested in psychedelics?
(08:54) What was Jen’s first psychedelic experience like?
