Bo Thompson talks to Rick Jackson, who was WBT's General Manager from 1992 to 2009. He oversaw major changes, including the station's transition to the News-Talk format. He was also instrumental in building the Carolina Panthers Radio Network and securing the flagship broadcasting rights for WBT. In 1997, he created the WBT Hall of Fame.
