Episode 139: What Else Can Go Wrong? 4 Tips to Sharpen Your Resilience Moments of The Heart
-
- Religion & Spirituality
Oh My! Did I have a bad day this week? I created this video above as a learning for me, and perhaps for you if you need a dose of resilience! What is resilience? The ability to recover from failures or setbacks quickly. Recover from a negative state of mind to a positive state. Recover from saboteur reaction to sage response. Why? well, would you want to stay in this “yukky place” a place where your hand is constantly on the "hot stove"? I really did not want to stay there, because I knew that staying there would impact my wellness (first and foremost), my relationships (with everyone around me), and ultimately my performance. So after a few sessions of PQ. after talking to treasured people and of course having a good night's sleep, I came up with four tips for resilience that I am using based on my research and expertise. I offer it to you as it may be helpful in your personal life as well as at your workplace.
