TL^2 - Todays Learners, Tomorrows Leaders

TL^2 (Squared) is a podcast by the Ubele Initiative's Young Emerging Leader's Collective, a diverse group of young people from the UK who want to make a sustainable change in their communities. This podcast follows themes such as social justice, current affairs and other contemporary issues, that affect young people today. Through conversations with one another, we hope to bring a different perspective to various topics.

These questions and personal anecdotes are shared in this month's episode. Three young women from different backgrounds share stories of times when they felt excluded in the workplace as well as times when workplaces took proactive steps to be inclusive. They also share tips and suggestions on how workplaces can do better to be genuinely inclusive.
