The Unbelievers Podcast finds that perfect balance between “reason” and “the thrill of believing.” The hosts never sound like posh skeptics trying to debunk whatever wild story they’re listening to, neither do they sound like they’re willing to just accept everything at face value. They WANT to believe, and will give the benefit of doubt routinely, but if someone is a con artist - they’ll call them out, and it’ll be hilarious as they do it. A fun ride every single episode and I can’t recommend it enough to any fan of comedy, strange stories, the paranormal, or any combination thereof!

They attempt to make fun of paranormal happenings and become a bigger joke than the subject. Why do people think they can write comedy when they work in office jobs and fail at open mics?

This is described as a “comedy” podcast but the hosts just make fun of people. I didn’t crack a smile, let alone laugh. And instead of providing intelligent analysis, they just summarized and made fun of a documentary; they didn’t do any other research on the topic (I attempted to listen to the Bigfoot in Bailey, CO episode). There was a lot of false information about the area that could’ve been easily verified on Google. I only got a little over half an hour into the episode, then decided to just watch the documentary.
