Today’s episode is a little different as our guest isn’t currently #opentowork. Faith Saenz is the founder of NeuroTalent Consulting, is an autistic-led company whose mission is to bridge the gap in communication between neurotypical hiring teams, and autistic talent. 

Faith spent some time with our host Marissa to discuss how her time at twitter (and eventual layoff) lead to the creation of her business, why DEI is so important to businesses, and how you can be a better ally to disabled workers and job seekers.
