Episode 19 - Random acts of kindness in the classroom

It has been a rough year for our children and sometimes happy hormones have been hard to come by. This week's episode is all about doing random acts of kindness for the children but also with the children for others. Encouraging kindness is part of developing emotional intelligence and a very important skill for life. This week we will look at specific random acts of kindness to try which will : 1. Increase feelings of happiness, connection, joy and positive mindsets in the children! (Which is what we all need right now) 2.
