Job transitions among Gen Z are up 80% year-over-year, and they're up by 50% for millennials. Using AI frees up recruiting teams to spend more time on the work that humans are best equipped to handle: conducting phone screens, building relationships, compiling offers, and guiding stakeholders through the process.
