Episode 21: The Heartache of Being a Hog Fan

Recorded the Sunday after the Hogs' loss to A&M...Spencer and Mom talk about the game, the head-scratching play calling, the absurd luck and their disappointment but undying love for the Hogs.  Oh, and what is up with those white helmets? 

Spencer gives his take on NFL Sunday and how the family is faring in the Fantasy League.  He also talks "briefly" about his loss in week two to his girlfriend, Maggie.  Mom discovers NFL Redzone and feels the concept should be everywhere! 

Even though Spencer & Mom is a sports podcast...we can't help talking about GOTs House of Dragon...so we spoil episode 5 in case you haven't seen it yet! Mom wonders when the action (aka killing) is going to start and Spencer is feeling the slow build-up and looking forward to bigger dragons making an appearance.
