A vivid discussion with the brothers about their mental health advocacy work which was born out of a need to end the stigmas around Mental Health Awareness. A personal conversation with longtime friend, Salesman and Mental Health advocate Jay Brown, prompted the creation of this safe space with his brotherhood about the myriad challenges men face weathering personal storms. Bashea Williams who helps to center the discussion around acknowledging black men's pain, their attempts to cope with their personal and professional challenges, in an ever evolving world but offering tools, skills and resources, on how to release, connect and heal.
