Good morrow! Fair listeners...it's been a while. A few months in fact, since the last episode. Life in the land of Shiggi got tough and I decided I needed to take some time away from basically everything and look after myself for a bit.

That all worked out great as you discover in this super short 15min episode.

The biggest takeaway is a short summary of a January challenge I did and had people do a few years ago that had you follow 3 basic mantras for a whole month:

1. Speak no bullsh*t
2. Eat no bullsh*t
3. Move your body (just a little bit)

Super simple, but a far easier and encouraging way to get yourself through the year than most.
