Episode 29: The Power and Responsibility of Our Voices, An Interview with Stacy Bernal H.E.R! Heal, Empower, Rise!

    • Society & Culture

To all our listeners out there in this beautiful earth, I want to say a LOUD and POWERFUL THANK YOU! Today’s speaker shares with us the Power we have to raise our voices and does this by sharing her own struggles to get to where she is today….authentically herself.

Most of us live with our traumas and we are afraid to speak up. Stacy Bernal rose above shame, trauma and deep wounds and is now sharing her story to empower women to show up as their authentic selves. Stacy shares some of her most difficult hardships. Through this process, she has helped many women (and people) who have stayed silent for way too long. It’s not easy being vulnerable and speaking up, but speaking up has been freeing and she no longer carries the shame. She is inspiring and we know she will inspire you to speak your truth and take steps to rising above whatever deep hurt and trauma you have been through, being proud of who you are and loving yourself. It doesn’t happen overnight and we know some of the information you are going to hear today might leave you feeling a certain way...take it in, process and know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
