Ce troisième épisode de "Libres de Droit", est dédié à la pratique du pro bono. Qu'est-ce que le pro bono ? Quel est l'avenir du pro bono en France et en Europe ? Comment le pro bono est-il organisé ?

Pour répondre à ces questions, la parole est donnée à Giulia Patane, consultante juridique chez PILnet, une ONG qui œuvre pour conserver le rôle du droit afin qu'il fonctionne au bénéfice de tous. PILnet développe des partenariats et des programmes à travers le monde sur tous les continents. L’Alliance et PILnet collaborent ensemble depuis la création de l’AADH en 2009.

Özgür Kahale est responsable pro bono Europe dans le cabinet DLA Piper, membre de l’Alliance depuis 2013.

This third episode of "Libres de Droit" is dedicated to the practice of pro bono. What is pro bono? What is the future of pro bono in France and in Europe? How is pro bono structured?

To answer these questions, we will give the floor to Giulia Patane, legal consultant at the global NGO PILnet, which works to preserve the role of the law so that it works for the benefit of all.
