Mindfulness training starts with the realisation that we can be aware of our experience. At the beginning of the path this may feel like it has no significance, but with time and training it becomes the most important aspect of our lives.
To witness non dual awareness is to find your own confidence and clarity. There can be challenges along the way but with guidance and the support of a community you can break through and discover the gift that keeps on giving.
