A wonderful guide for exploring the fascinating case study that is you.
Very pertinent to our current world

I enjoy all episodes of this podcast, but this episode, which aired on Election Day but I am just listening to now, should be a requirement to serve in Congress or the White House. What a great conversation and reflection in listening to others.
Am I part of the problem?
2020. 11. 04.
In this election cycle, where so many of us are feeling frustrated, anxious, angry, etc, this is an episode that shines light in some dark places. If I am not listening with curiosity to colleagues and friends who hold different perspectives than my own, I am part of the problem. Karl and Keith identify ways to lean in and be curious , to be brave and be kind, with those who hold different viewpoints than my own. When I can really understand the other’s perspective, I chose growth.
Keith and Sara unlock your ability to keep growing
2020. 09. 22.
Over ten years ago when I first met Keith he made a comment about how people who stop growing becoming grumpy old people. The truth of that comment registered then and still resonates with me today. I’ve seen it happen in loved ones, in leaders my firm, Unboundary, works with, and in general. Understanding how to “grow as a grown-up” is a model and a practice that has only started coming into focus in our lifetimes. Keith’s research helps underpin those advances, and his and Sara’s work through Leaders Lyceum has and continues to help many people unlock their growth potential. This new podcast gives you a first-hand, front-row seat to learn and grow yourself — and manages to capture all the fun, energy and intellect of these two great people.
