How do you make the change work in terms of provider network? How do you get the wider company on board with our new program? The latest episode is a fascinating discussion with Jochen Lenz, Head Of Global Mobility at Daimler Truck, who went through the experience of relaunching Mobility at Daimler Truck, when it spun out from Daimler. Jochen started his career in Global Mobility Controlling at Daimler about 15 years ago, as he wanted to work internationally. In 2015 he moved to a more HR-focused role in Japan which he enjoyed professionally and privately – thanks to great food & snowboarding there. Some predictions hit the mark (vendor consolidation, expanded Mobility programs), while others didn’t quite land (no Remote Work Year programs… yet!). But here we are, ready for round two.   This year, after speaking with 1000+ brilliant people across the industry and diving deep into trends through PerchPeek pods, one thing is crystal clear: Mobility is changing faster than ever. 2025 is going to be a wild ride, and I couldn’t be more excited.   There's been so much to digest and break down from all my discussions with GM leaders, and this list could easily be 5 times as long.
