Episode 4 - From Adversity to Opportunity

Back in 2014, the co-authors of the best selling book The Leadership Challenge, Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner wrote yet another great read: From Adversity to Opportunity, presenting six strategies to cope with major adversity and uncertainty.  These six strategies align to the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership, and have as much significance and relevance to today's C0-VID pandemic as they did back in 2014.
