Sarah is so knowledgeable and super informative! She packs a ton into these episodes. As she recommends, you might want to have a notebook and pen handy as there will be a lot of detailed nutrition info for you to “digest“. Lol. I’m totally upping my endurance game thanks to this cast!

Sarah is amazing! I love listening to her and she gives great motivation while being sensitive to the struggles people go through. She is super knowledgeable and helps me pursue all my fitness goals!

It is so refreshing to listen to a hiking/endurance sports related podcast that highlights the importance of proper nutrition and self care. I have yet to find another podcast that exists. So If your looking for an informative podcast on how to reach your hiking or endurance goals while also taking care of your body then this podcast is for you!

Sarah’s podcast is full of really helpful information. As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about strength training and nutrition, her podcast is easy to understand and I have learned so many things from her!
