This podcast has been such a blessing to find - a wealth of information on preterm babies and the NICU experience. I (like most in this situation) became a preterm / NICU parent unexpectedly at 31.5 weeks. Trying to find information on what to expect or other people to relate to has been challenging since there are not a ton of resources or books out there (and little time with a kid in the NICU!). The audio format is also easier for me to consume. Thank you SO much for producing this!!!

If your a NICU mamma or know someone going through the NICU and want to gain a better perspective this is the podcast for you. For me hearing the experiences of others moms in the NICU was very therapeutic for me. It helped me feel so much less alone and also see the light at the end of the tunnel. Anna does a beautiful job of balancing education and storytelling as we navigate each new episode. I always walk away with new perspective, more knowledge (that doesn’t feel overwhelming) and most importantly my mind is in a much better place when I finish an episode. Enjoy!

I wish this podcast was around when I was going through my NICU stay with my baby! With the expertise of a neonatologist and the warmth of a mama, Anna covers so many important topics affecting NICU families. Hearing other preemie and NICU moms talk about their experiences is so comforting and empowering for me as a mom who has been through it, and also a great resource for anyone supporting families in the NICU to get a better understanding of what they are going through.
