I've yet to meet a client, follower or listener who doesn't feel behind on life in some capacity. More often than not we're focused on the area of relationship, but that often entails family, the state of our homes, how much money sits in our bank account, and so on and so forth.
In this episode, I'm zeroing in on the patterning I see around two periods of life where those feelings of "being behind," can crop up: the space of our late 20s and early 30s, that first wave, so to speak of friends getting married and having babies. And then our late 30s/early 40s, more wracked with feelings of hopelessness and failure.
In this episode I go into:
- The specific patterns I see across those two points in one's life, generally speaking
- The core issue I see around each of these points, i.e. what's at the root, what's driving one's sense of feeling behind and how to find resolution
- How the desire for relationship at these points in our life isn't actually rooted in a desire for intimacy or co-creating a life with a partner, but it much more ego based
If you're feeling behind relationship-wise (and generally speaking), you'll walk away with a clearer understanding as to how to work through those feelings and move towards what you crave in your life.
