Fur Coat (Sergio Muñoz) has been at the forefront of the electronic music scene for the past decade, steadily building his reputation as a producer, DJ, and label owner of Øddity Records. Based in Barcelona, he has established himself as a true artist with a passion for innovation, constantly pushing his personal musical vision forward, which can be seen in his album 'Polyphony'. Beyond all of this, he is a food lover and, in his travels touring around the world, he has gained a fascinating perspective on the world of cuisine.

In our conversation, we talked about the similarities of being a DJ and being a chef, how he approaches food during touring, the evolution of the food scene in Barcelona, his new tattoo and the beauty of empanadas.
