This conversation was incredibly powerful and moving for me. I fell off a cliff rock climbing. It took 10 screws and a plate to put the arm back together. Since I didn’t have insurance at the time they didn’t check my head much. Still dealing with PTSD and memory issues.

Ran across her podcast quite by accident and thoroughy enjoyed. Will now go thru them all.

I just listened to the episode with Cory Richards and thought Lynsey had some insightful questions and observations, but it did feel a little frustrating to listen to— just when Cory was sharing an interesting observation of his own, she’d interrupt with her own ideas.

Lynsey, I really enjoy the podcast. Keep tracking down the interesting folks in the mountain sports industry. Also, considering finding someone who you would want to turn the mic around and interview you and your story and message towards the SheJumps and mountain community. Cheers

This podcast is making me a better person. It’s changed my life! So good, so inspirational I’ve cried multiple times! Lynsey gets tough modern day action sport heros to be vulnerable and therefor share value. Her voice and thoughtful conversation style makes for easy fulfilling listening that leaves me feeling nourished, and refreshed as if I was part of the conversation and motivated to follow my crazy dreams! ShowingUP has exposed me to heros, some I've heard of and more that I didn’t know but the stories have been so relatable, entertaining and valuable. I don't have the attention span to listen to most podcasts, so I've never really gotten into it. This podcast is the exception. I've listened to all of the episodes to this point, and I find myself checking for each new episode as soon as it's available. Even when I think the person being interviewed is not particularly interesting to me, or the topic is not very compelling, my mind changes by the time Lynsey Dyer gets through the introduction. This podcast is remarkable in that way!
