Tara Hyde is a woman of many labels. As CEO of People Advocating in Recovery, she has multiple degrees, is an executive, an advocate, policymaker, and champion for people in recovery. Tara is in the mix of every issue touching substance use, harm reduction, and recovery in Kentucky at the state and local levels. She is also a person in long-term recovery.
