The Art of the Communication featuring Funmilola Esuola, Owner of Executive Global Nanny

How To Build A Nanny Agency presented by Enginehire

This week I’m joined by Fumi, owner of Executive Global Nanny, a Nigeria based nanny agency.
Soon after we began talking it was clear that Funmilola's success lies in her unique and natural ability to communicate with families and candidates, set expectations and ensure client and candidate matching success. Pay attention to her coffee cup analogy for what a great match is.
