    Are you one of those people who gains weight during the holidays? You don't want to lose the progress you've made in these last few months? I understand your concern. It happened to me, but I've found some methods that work for me to stay in shape during that time and I'm going to share them with you here. While you're at home, don't forget to cook whole meals with more than half of vegetables. If you're going to visit family, help them cook and find a way to give your recommendations without offending them. If you're only coming to dinner with your family and you know that dinner is going to be heavy, eat before you leave your house, so you don't get too hungry and eat less at the reunion. Don't drink alcohol or drinks with added sugar. The goal is to continue eating healthy.
