    This week we had the pleasure of talking to virtual second grade teacher Melisa Hayes. We met Melisa through Barbara Gruener, a former guest and now friend. This inspired us to take a deeper look at the power of these kinds of connections- the ones that aren't in our lives everyday- and in this case, people we've never met in person.
