Episode 57: “Boo! Or should I say ‘Moo’?”

This week is an eventful one! We’ve got aliens, ghost cows, ghosts that aren’t cows, project blue book, magical silencing pillowcases, and maybe-sorta crawlers. First Kala talks about the abduction of Betty and Barney Hill in New Hampshire in 1961. This story is one of the first to shape how we see alien abductions and UFOs both in science and in fiction. Next, Brittany takes us back to Austin, TX to discuss the Driskill Hotel, which involves a lot more cattle than you might think. This haunted location has a variety of ghosts including ones that shop, smoke, watch you, like buses, and play with balls. Finally, we end it all with a Reddit story of an encounter that sounds similar to the cryptids we covered in Episode 24. Too similar.
