Ben Rosario joins me to share all you need to know about The Marathon Project 2025. He’s one of my favorite guests to have on the show over the years.

Ben has been just about everything there is to be in the running industry: professional runner, run specialty store owner, race director, marketing director, non-profit executive director and Olympic level coach.

During his eight-plus years as the Northern Arizona Elite head coach and executive director, NAZ athletes produced 87 wins, 13 national titles, ten World Marathon Major Top-10s, eight World Championship appearances, and one Olympic Trials Marathon victory.

Part of the The Marathon Project ownership group, Ben serves as TMP CEO and works on everything from branding, content and social media, to athlete recruitment, sponsorships, race day execution and more. He also serves as the TMP Experience Head Coach and has personally written all of The Marathon Project Training Plans.
