You may know him from Run For Cover Cast and now he is back with his own podcast, where he will invite friends and people he finds interesting in the living room studio for a talk about everything from music, movies, art, politics, feelings, life stories and much more.     In this episode I have invited the Danish filmmaker, DJ and radio / podcast host Jesper Jensen / JSPR - also known as Busybody Films - in for a good and nerdy talk about everything from how hiphop shaped the life of a kid in the small Danish town Fredericia and how he started on local radio with a show about hiphop. Also a talk about the documentary BEAT DIGGIN', which has recently been officially uploaded to YouTube after having a long life on VHS and DVD. We also talk about his other documentaries and how he visited his brother Ras Beats in New York and how he came to be a huge cratedigger, DJ'ing and his love for movies.     In this episode Nyboe has stopped by the local Copenhagen record store Paname City Records to talk to the owner, French DJ and vinyl collector Adrien Pastor, about how his brother influenced his taste in music and about discovering hiphop in Paris in the 90's. Also about rapping, DJ'ing and starting to sell records' by the river and later opening his own webshop and now record store, having a label and releasing instrumental hip hop right when it found it's setting, French movies and much more.     In this episode ⁠Nyboe⁠ visits the legendary Danish turntablist and three time Danish DMC winner and producer Turkman Souljah in his studio outside of Copenhagen for a talk about everything from fleeing Iraq as a kid and moving around all parts of Denmark, going from finding a Fischer Price turntable and classical music vinyl in the trash to mashing hiphop and classical music, touring with Outlandish and Per Vers, going to the fabled Klub 47 by bus to just have two turntables to practice on, creating the world's first symphony for turntables and finally releasing his debut album and much more. And of course we'll play some stuff from throughout Turkman Souljah's career. And also how becoming a name through MySpace, playing live and winning a remix-competition for Bilal and getting signed was so much pressure, that he basically stopped releasing music.
