Connecting with Dr. Kim Swales

With so much noise in the world it feels good to listen to Dr. Kim and all of her wonderful guests. This podcast is filled with lots of meaningful and manageable ways to improve our relationships and our hearts.

Even if I’m only able to catch a 10-15 snippet of an episode while in carline, I am always learning something. Great podcast!!

I’ve been listening to Dr. Swales since her podcast began and I always find it worthwhile. I fell behind a few episodes this past fall and spent some time catching up over winter break. What a wonderful way to prepare for the new year! She’s always inspiring and confidence inducing. As a mom to a toddler, I’ve gleaned so much helpful advice for this current stage and for what is to come. I love the variety of guests she talks with and the knowledge they share. I’m always left with new insights, inspiration, and some ideas to think over. It’s a great way to spend an hour! Thank you, Dr. Swales!
