Tom has been blazing trails in digital health for over 10 years. Tom built the Digital Health Office at Baylor Scott & White, responsible for all of BSWH’s digital assets, including its award-winning patient app that supports & engages over 2.6 million customers before taking a broader leadership role across Digital & Transformation at
Kelsey Seybold in August. In his current role, Tom is leading a digital-led transformation of Kelsey-Seybold’s innovative clinic model that is delivering a 20-30% reduction in total cost of care.

Prior to BSWH, Tom was a leader in McKinsey’s healthcare practice with a focus on innovation. He has led strategy for public companies and incubated digital health companies as an entrepreneur. Tom has an MA in Mathematics from Oxford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. A native Brit, he is now an assimilated Texas, living in Dallas with his wife and 3 kids.
