Regenerative Mama Nancy Wallace

Former (or should we say REFORMED) vegan, Pilates Expert and Regenerative Advocate. Nancy was a pleasure to speak to and I hope you enjoy this episode! We chatted about Veganism, punk rock, ethical meat and KNOWING where your food comes from. I had NO IDEA he went from being a vegan of the "better than everyone" mindset to an amazing butcher who is passionate about his trade, and really understands the love and care that goes into every animal whether it be from a farm, a ranch or a homestead.
