Why do we find resting so hard? Maybe in modern, western culture rest is less about physically stopping or doing 'nothing' and more about doing something 'else' or 'different'... Why not start by taking a rest inventory to help you explore how & when you need to rest? "God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy because it was the day he took a rest from all his work." (Genesis 2:3)
