One of my favorite aspects of life is discovering people who remind me how similar we all are, despite are unique differences. For me, this is yet another example of the gift we can receive when we choose to see ourselves mirrored back in the people around us & tune into the freedom that occurs when we take ourselves less seriously, embody the medicine of laughter & allow our egos to take a back seat in place of learning from one another. Stopping by to share his time & wisdom with us today on the show is a gentleman that I was introduced to by a mutual friend of ours who relayed to me that we were doppelgängers of one another. The cosmic giggle in this was that when he shared with me who it was, I had already been seeing him pop up on social media & be spoken about in the circles I was frequenting. He is a mentor who guides health coaches in creating accountability & structure within their lives to experience the freedom residing within these states of awareness, is the COO of primal fusion, which fuses science & spirituality for advanced clinical health & performance & is a very experienced CHEK professional & faculty member, where he has taken his passion & love for holistic health & embarked upon a never ending quest of childlike curiosity of what can happen in our experience of life when we achieve balance & stability within our physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well being, while at the same time, having the most fun possible in doing so.
