With a Master of Arts in Music, an Advanced Diploma in Performance on viola, and an MBA, the founder of Perth Symphony Orchestra Bourby Webster knows the importance of leadership and self-balance to keep individuals and organisations in tune.

In Episode Eight of Leaders Unedited, Bourby joins host Margit Mansfield discussing her journey through professional music, elite sport, education, business and organisation building that brought her from the UK to Perth, where she established Perth Symphony Orchestra in 2008.
