I love these guys. They speak from the heart and I love that they are not afraid to discuss controversial fitness and non-fitness topics! I just listened to the “They Shot Trump” episode so here is my 5-star review. I learn a ton from listening every week. I’m just a 38 year old mom of 2 who works out in her basement. Listening to this podcast motivates me and gives me something to look forward to.

The non-fitness/off-track conversations are even better and keep me coming back for more. Thanks for creating entertaining, educational, funny, honest, common sense content. Perspective

Confirmation bias is real and I like to seek out that which confirms my beliefs. There is such discomfort in listening to another perspective on anything we hold dear. However, with having deep respect for Jordan I listened knowing full well I’d be uncomfortable. And I was and I’m so grateful I listened with curiosity rather than judgement. As a wise friend once said “comfort doesn’t change you” and since I decided to always seek to grow here I am with increíble gratitude to you both. Thank you for this conversation.
