Criminally Insane

Honestly I really like your guys show, you’ve done a lot of good cases so far that haven’t been covered on other true crime pods I listen to. but you guys literally just ripped off Morbid. You guys could do something wicked cool with this podcast but none of your ideas are your own. Same speech about position on the death penalty, “rest in distress”, “feel bad for the child not the adult”, you need to be yourselves, not Alaina and Ash.

I found this podcast when I was trying to find some information about a crime that had taken place yeaaaars ago near my work in San Diego ( Shauna Haynes) I feel like it never got much coverage. I was excited to see a podcast episode on it so I eagerly found your podcast and hit play.. but I couldn’t even finish the episode. One of the host is constantly interrupting, giggling and making stupid and unnecessary comments. I couldn’t even finish, her voice is literally nails on a chalkboard. Take the valley girl persona somewhere else. This show would be much better with just the one host. I am A huuuuuuge podcaster, I commute so I listen to them during my long drives to work everyday…Never have I ever disliked something so much that I felt the need to give a bad review. Congrats on being the one and only bad review I have ever given.

Just listened to y’all. I grew up in Pleasanton. I hung around with Steve Carlsons little brother n little sister Richie and Amy Carlson. We called him “Creepy Carlson”. He was always trying to hang out with us and but we were younger and didn’t want him around us. I’ve been to their house several times. I walked thru that tunnel all the time to get to lots of friends houses. Everyone did!They closed it off after that and built an overpass. Me and all my friends back then we all said it was probably Steve. It was crazy when I saw the case on a murder show years later after I moved to Texas. Was really crazy when I saw his mugshot. Anyway thanks for the show!

I found this podcast after searching for Jodi Arias. Haley giggling, and her voice is very offputting for me, but I did manage to get through an entire episode. Some people say they ripped off morbid, but as morbid is a horrible podcast I would say no one is ripping them off, especially not here. I think if the laughing thing was toned down It may be better but I really don’t think it’s as bad as a lot of the reviews say.
