My goodness, I love this podcast. It offers the best, most down to earth, calmest and kindest advice, validation, and general discussion about what it is like to be a step parent. I always feel better after I listen to an episode, and even more than that, I have a clear idea of what I think my role is, what I want to do, and how I want to be involved, or not involved, in the raising of this family I fell into. If you are feeling overwhelmed or in over your head with stepparenting, let this podcast make you sane again.

Listened to one episode. Looking for guidance with a teenage step daughter. The one podcast I listened to focused on that topic focused on weird jealousy m, which. Isn’t everyone’s issue and was uncomfortable and sad that not more information was shared on that topic. I’m looking for support from dad to follow thru and create boundaries and back me up on rules and being respected. I’ve been in the family for 7 years and since day one was encouraging dad to spend one on one time with each child. Would like to hear more about dynamics of step parents and teens that isn’t focused on jealously.

I never really thought I needed to listen to a podcast until I found this one. It’s really refreshing as a step-mom to listen and relate to these podcasts. Thank you a million times.
