Essentialism

The Farrynheight Podcast

It’s no secret that western culture is rooted in materialism. Whoever has more is more successful, and, by contrast, few material items connotes an unsuccessful life.

It is important to know the difference between the things we want and the things we need. Possessions can sometimes weight us down and make us lose sight of what really matters in life. You need to create freedom for yourself through letting go of hoarding -  both physically and mentally - and pave the way for a more refined framework in which to feel free living inside of.

Today, I will be talking about my personal experience with essentialism, how it helps me create clarity in my life and understand my place in the world, with the hope that it can help or serve you in a similar way as well.

Tune in to explore how to challenge yourself in any area you set your mind to and go through the journey that will take you to the other side.

In this episode, you will learn:
