I love how Claudia simplifies the topic of hormones and menopause, making it easy, fun and empowering. I was so empowered that I even joined her rescue program because education is the key to advocating for yourself and supporting your body, mind and spirit during the next phase of our cyclical life.

This podcast and the other resources Claudia has are game changing if you are feeling different than you did in your 20s-early 30s and a woman. Run and don not walk to listen to all the advice she provides and advocate for yourself with your Doctor.
