Evergreen’s adventure will draw you in!

Sam Russell’s new fantasy adventure trilogy brings wit and intrigue from the start. With an eye for details that make characters feel human, Sam weaves together elements from history, mythology, and modern reality into a newly imagined world. In it, Adam is looking for his wife. He’s been looking for her forever. He storms Nottingham Castle. He falls from the sky into modern London. Sam Russell brings dramatic timing and wit to Adam’s story that made me laugh and drew me in. It’s wonderful to find an author who can balance humor and humanity and create such an absorbing adventure. This audio serial is performed by actor Catherine Russell, who has an expert sense of pacing, and whose warm narrator’s voice contains a hint of mischief. She takes on the distinct moods and accents of each of the characters to create what feels almost like a radio play. A new chapter is released every other Monday, and if I had any complaint, it would be that I don’t want to wait. I wish I could hear it all right now.
