Really love the lessons
I find his voice to be incredibly soothing, first of all - so it’s a pleasure to listen to. But the message is profound and encouraging - and I appreciate that too. Nicely done! I’ll definitely keep listening.
Fighters Mindset
It’s great to be able to step inside a fighters mindset because everyone has a different approach once training begins. This podcast gives us an insight of what everyday people can do to put their energy into something great!
A Great Podcast For Anyone Looking To Get Into Martial Arts
I just recently started listening to Everyday Fighter, but I am already hooked. I never got into martial arts as a kid. However, recently I have found myself more and more interested in signing up for some classes. At this point I am considering it as a form of exercise with the added benefit of learning some self defense and gaining more confidence. The Everyday Fighter podcast has already started to introduce me to different martial arts practices and has helped me to understand how they can be applied off the mat. It’s just as much of a mental practice as a physical one. Anyway, I can’t wait to listen to some more episodes!
