We are so grateful to all the NHS workers, key workers and carers who over the last two years have been holding so much for so many. This bonus exercise is for all support workers and carers and it was made in collaboration with a good friend of the And Breathe podcast - GABA. Sometimes we need to put our oxygen mask on first before taking care of others and this breathing session is dedicated to you. This is a space for you to come back to your body and your senses and create a feeling of calm whilst nourishing and nurturing the nervous system.

These shorts are created by Rebecca Dennis to help you find the space to breathe and experience moments of self-care through reflective, empowering and relaxing exercises.

You can come back and listen to these at any time you feel the need. They are free, easy to use and the more you practice the more you will feel the benefits.
